NEW Reversible collection designed for GAN

Freshness and warmth: the two sides of REVERSIBLE

A new and complex hand-looming technique, specially developed for this collection, combines threads of different thicknesses and materials, weaving the two finishes of REVERSIBLE at the same time: 100% virgin
wool on one side, and linen on the other. While the wool used to create REVERSIBLE offers high-quality texture and warmth, the mix of linens is a ‘breath of fresh air’, and feels light and fresh on the feet when temperatures rise. A brilliant idea that allows your space to adapt to the seasons smoothly and comfortably, naturally.

We are please to introduce the NEW Reversible collection designed for GAN at the Salone del Mobile designed by Kengo Kuma

What a joy to come together to collectively introduce Gan's new collections with Kengo Kuma, Clara von Zweigbergk and Alvaro Catalan De Ocon developed with the support of Mapi Millet and Mari Carmen Tortosa from Gan.

NEW Crystal collection designed for GAN

Discover the new CRYSTAL collection like a game for the visual perception of the observer. Coloured circles seem to overlap in motion creating a three dimensional illusion and making room for different colour gradients. This is how wool, thick and resistant, recreates the transparency of glass.

New Chaddar collection designed for GAN

Following in the footsteps of SILAÏ (launched in 2015), this new collection of indoor rugs uses the same technique -petit point- transferring traditional embroidery work to the field of contemporary rugs. Its name, of Hindi origin, refers to traditional Indian sheets, made on manual looms and known for their beautiful designs and incredible durability.

NEW Canevas GEO Collection for GAN

In the line of the previous Canevas collection, Canevas Geo re-visits traditional embroidery stitches on a perforated felt sheet. The carpet results of the intertwining of three textures creating areas of different colours and density. Each carpetis shown with two pillows arranging an harmonious atmosphere.

About Diito

Eight years ago, the belgian lifestyle magazines related the story of three architects in their early thirties embarking on a new adventure : Diito. The shop opened in the neighborhood of the Cambre abbey, on three levels of an old house : a space halfway beween a gallery and a furniture shop, exhibiting vintage pieces, selected contemporary works, prototypes...and a strong commitment to do things differently. Since then, Diito has grown. The three owners are now in their fourties, they have been joined by one more associate and, probably in search of a new challenge, they are now opening a second showroom in the Dansaert area. It will have the same principle of strict selection of objects, the same will to combine design items from all around the world but with a particular focus on smaller objects. Besides sofas, tables, lamps and other pieces of furniture selected in historic and contemporary collections, they will propose to discover a whole range of carefully selected accessories from smaller brands, sometimes less-known, or distributed for the first time in Belgium.
